For example, ballroom dancing is shown to soothe stress and help you develop stamina. Dance lectures will not be cheap for sure, but it is a lot more better than doing laps on a treadmill.
Pick up a physical sport. It is not important if you are good at it or not, as long as you’re out of the house and working those muscles.
Get a dog. There is nothing like taking your dog for a walk to kickoff your day. Go with medium or big-sized dog, as smaller ones are inclined to get exhausted fast.
